Anyone know of any brokers that do the following.

1- Provide physical certificates (Stocks) - Self custody.
2- Accept Stablecoins

in HK/Singapore/UAE?

Sizeable position interested in Tesla but don't want dashboard certificates as there's like 26 claims per share.

Curious to learn why you need physical certificates ?

Mentioned above, there's roughly

45 claims per treasury
26 claims per stock

Having the underlying certificate means you own the underlying asset, having a dashboard representative = you have a claim.

I'd strongly suggest taking the time out to read 'https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/203175664-the-great-taking'

If a day trader or short-term holder then you'd need not take this approach as you are already gambling with the market anyway let alone the infrastructure of said market, but if a longterm position (decades) then suggest (especially now - Basel III and various after laws putting you back of the troth) to take physical ownership.

By physical certificates, do you mean bearer shares?

If not, how is this different than buying the stock, not an option, on a broker like Interactive Brokers for example?

I apologize in advance if my question is dumb.

Are you saying that if I buy Tesla shares on IBKR, I don't actually own the shares but instead just have a "claim" on them along with dozens of other people?

id would be interested in this as well.
Many brokers and countries dont wanna do this any more and move towards de-materialized shares available only in like one global certificate of the company which you have claims on.
Not ideal at all.

I hope more countries/companies issue their shares on the blockchain (e.g. liquid) which one can physically own (still restricted by various kyc shenanigans but at least its self-owned). No tesla there tho.

maybe you could reach out to tesla directly and ask them if they wanna do this and offer some form of direct placement.

yes, often this is the case.
You can look up the majority shareholders of companies. In many cases the top 10s are some kind of broker related companies (which hold the shares on which the client has a claim on, but the client is not registered with the company themselves etc).
