Regarding banking in Spain, we closely work with partner local high streets banks. Indeed, we prepare with our teams a compliance file on the format requested that we later on submit. I would say that for EU passport holders (company directors), the process is straightforward, requiring to conduct AML, KYC and black lists ("lista de morosidad") clearance -nor a NIE (spanish residency) nor a NIF (spanish tax number) are compulsory- . Regarding the corporate entity, we would need detailed documentation (including︀ the incorporations documents and the financial statements if available). We are able to process through︁ with a wide range of conventional trading activities. Although, "High risk" operations would have to︂ be taken on case by case basis, and the same applies to company directors holders︃ of non-EU countries. We can proceed with banking both remotely and in branch directly upon︄ request.
I would like to emphases that those are general information , we would need︅ to study the file in order to provide a tailored guidance.
