Helping companies overseas to hire people from my country

Hi there,

I will try to make it short. I am located in a third world country and we have a lot of good people speaking English/Germany as their second langauge. I know a thing or two about recycling companies and I wanted to reach out to companies in the U.S. to ask them if they are looking for outsourced people that will to their job.

What do you think about that?

It is going to be a long and complicated process. Best would be to reach out to some sort of NGO to help you.
