My business is registered in Nevada. I can use Amazon, I choose not to. Why would anyone want to be in a shark infested water when someone can set up their own merchant account and set their own prices? (i'm sorry if that sounds rude/arrogant, thats not my objective - Im just trying to make a point)

I am in constant battles with other sellers on Amazon, owners lowering their prices way to much. So Iv had enough.

in 3 years of running my amazon business and selling the exact same products iv had a less than 20 chargebacks - yes I have proof on that. However, my refund rate is about 2.7% (ish)
