Looking to set up a new company with payment processing.

It is 100% legal and legitimate offering 2 main streams of income - business B2B subscription services in a specific very large niche, and secondly selling information (ebooks/courses etc) B2C to another very large niche. I also have plans for a 3rd stream in a different industry altogether that I have experience in B2B as well.

All in a massive global industry all legit (nothing shady).

The purpose of this is to set up a 100% remote company (companies) offshore and 100% of profit will either stay in the company, or more likely get 100% converted to Crypto.

I would hold this for years and eventually leave my current country (keeping citizenship) and become a tax resident of another country or 2 with as close to 0% tax as possible (likely Dubai, possible SE Asia or Panama or South American countries like Paraguay, Uruguay or Chile, or even Portugal due to their crypto policy - I also have a way to get an EU passport but it may take 3-5 years based on backlog). It's at that point I will withdraw/cash most of the funds.

I will not need any of this money at all to live - just building this as a retirement nest egg and a hedge against the rampant inflation that has started. I am also ok with paying a minimal amount of tax in the country its registered in as long as nothing gets reported back to my home country to me personally.

I would like to keep it anonymous as well incase of divorce in the future, so ideally no reporting back to my home country (which participates in CRS). Since no money is coming back into my current home country, what is the best way to do this?

I also want to be able to use Stripe as some of the software I am going to use for B2B services only works with Stripe. If Stripe can connect to Wise, for example, that would be ideal.

Thanks for any help with this...

You will not be able to find any anonymous solution for a legit setup as you say yours is, for the simply reason that you want to accept card payments for your business. Every merchant account provider including EMI's will require lot's of KYC from your end.

If you don't want to provide any KYC the problem will be that you end up with shady solution which last maybe 2 - 3 months. It will be a never ending procedure to find new accounts.

Time is over where it is possible to find something long lasting at least if we speak merchant accounts.
