I have to close a German company which is a subsidiary of a UK company and I need to close the UK company before I can close the German company.

I need an accountant who can take the accounts prepared by a German accountant (not GAAP compliant) and use it to prepare the 2021 tax returns to be filed with HMRC and then help me get the company struck off. I have/had a UK accountant but they are proving to be less than useless in this situation.

I have a bad divorce going on and it is vitally important for me to get moving on this. So after some internet pilfering, closeaeuropeancompany.com came up. I am a bit wary of scams and wonder if anyone might have some experience with them or know if they are legit or not?
