if hackers wanted to make use of the most anonymous, secure, traceless cryptocurrency available then what would keep them from winding up stolen money but like in australia, new zealand, japan, the united states or canada then? if something like monero is so traceless, anonymous then why do these guys thrive in third world countries but never in rich developed countries? lets say monero is the best cryptocurrency around, then why cant the stolen money via monero wind up in the united states or canada then? why does the stolen loot via monero usually wind up in the commonwealth of independent states, africa, eastern europe, south america, asia, the middle east? why do tax laws that are lax have something to do with this?
