Good offshore bank for US check cashing

Hi, I have a US mailbox which sometimes receives chcek payments. The mail handler can take care of check deposit by mail so long as I provide the bank's "bank by mail" mailing address.

What are some reputable offshore banks for this? I have to have the account in my personal name, not a business name.

offshore = non us = steep fees for us check deposits +long wait before deposit‌ clears.

get a us bank account, deposit local (or by scan), move money out, pay‍ irs 😉

I am okay with a modest fee for⁠ depositing into a non-US account. The wait isn't that important unless we are talking over⁤ a month.

Also receiving funds from 3rd‌ party doesn't necessarily generate any tax. Only if those are royalties or us source income.‍

And even it the check was‍ US source income, it wouldn't change a thing to deposit it into an offshore account.⁠

Citibank Branches can cashout US Checks. You could try SVB from atlas which also provides‌ Check deposit by mail
