Good crypto exchanges without KYC?

What are some good crypto to crypto exchanges without KYC you can personally recommend? No Chinese exchangers like Binance or Huobi, please. They're all annoying.

I've tested quite a few 'no account' exchanges and all of them were quite good, but had worse rates than normal exchanges.

Exchanges like Exedos are no KYC but are not cheap neither.
You have to choose what is important to you.
