Goldwynn Resort & Residences, Bahamas Is it good investment ? or classic trap?

I come across the project named Goldwynn Resort & Residences in Bahamas. They also accept crypto for property purchase. My question is , Is it good investment or not ?
I can get good return or "owner" fees eat out all my profit ?

It's the ugly big building on Cable Beach, they completed it last year. It doesn't seem a particularly attractive investment, if you really want to buy in the Bahamas look at the family islands.
