I think it's just a case of a slightly misleading error message. The link you can't visit leads to a deleted post in this thread: The list of non CRS countries 2019 - 2023

Deleted posts aren't visible to regular members, even with MG membership. Looks like the error message simply defaults to being about MG access.

@JohnLocke Maybe a different error message would be good for these situations? Probably doesn't happen a lot, though, so not exactly a high priority.

Sols is right, it is a deleted message - we need some more custom error pages which fit the actual error. We are working on it. sorry for that.
