Globitex feedbacks, better than Spectrocoin?

Hi everybody ..
Does anyone had any experiences with Globitex.com? They give you personal IBAN in EURO , and offer crypto Exchange with competitive Prices..
From first glance, i think they are most better than Bankera.com or spectrocoin
...
Plz share your experiences in this post..
This could be potential for a reliable crypto-to-fiat /fiat-to-Crypto solutions for alot of ppl..

I found out that they been Granted Electronic Money Institution (EMI) Licence by EU Regulator
