Getting bank letter or voided check from EMI like pingpongx and payoneer?

Hey Bosses!

How i can able to get signed bank letter or voided check from services like pingpongx or payoneer for the receiving account they provide? they suggested me welcome letter but i don't think that will work for the purpose? when you get requested of bank letter or voided check right?
