Thank you for sharing this Admin, but I was the understandng that a Gambling license for websites like 888.com and partypoker.com requires no special gambling license.... and why does the Malta regulations apply for all over Europe ?

You will need a gambling license in order to do business like the mentioned multi corporations in the Gambling and online casino business.
