We've recently upgraded the forum to the latest XenForo version. Unfortunately, the process hasn't gone entirely as planned. Over the past 4–5 days, some users have encountered unusual errors while browsing OCT. We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

Please rest assured that we’re fully aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. The source of the problem has been identified, and improvements are ongoing.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you're still finding value in being part of the OCT community.

We’re happy to announce that OCT has now been fully upgraded and is once again‌ running smoothly. It was a complex process due to several underlying factors, which we won’t‍ go into detail about here.

Based on all our tests, we’re confident that everything is now 100% operational.

Thank you for your patience, we truly appreciate every single one of⁤ you.

Performance Issues & Upcoming Design Overhaul

It is deeply unfortunate that, despite our earlier announcement‌ stating the upgrade was under control, we are still experiencing ongoing issues such as long‍ load times and occasional errors that make navigating OffshoreCorpTalk difficult for some users.

Unfortunately, our current third-party provider has not yet been able to resolve the underlying technical problems, which⁤ continue to present operational challenges.

As a result, we have made the decision to commission⁣ the development of a completely new front-end engine for OCT. While we will continue to⁢ use XenForo as our core platform, we are replacing the current theme framework entirely to︀ eliminate these issues both now and in the future.

Once the new system is implemented,︁ we will announce it here, although we expect many of you will notice the changes︂ immediately.

We’ve once again made adjustments to our internal security systems. As a result, many of‌ the recent issues and user facing errors on OCT should now be resolved.

If you‍ continue to experience any technical problems related to the forum itself, please feel free to report them in this thread.

Kindly keep the focus strictly on forum related technical⁤ issues

So far it's much better now... no errors found.

Do you have any idea when all the new features will be implemented? Is there‌ a TAT for everything, or is it still a long way off?

It’s running noticeably‍ better now, even on tablets and mobile phones, but there are still a few minor glitches here and there.
