My self Thawfeek willing to incorporate a company in offshore (BVI,Cayman Island) for Automated trading in Forex leveraged forex market. I need to clarify weather I need to acquire any regulatory license or not. As I have enquired this to many law firm they say for the project what we do it does not required to acquire any license and some say yes. I need proper clarification before I initiate the operation.
Our operation will be dealing with Automated managed account for clients in leveraged forex market.
Where the client will be open their managed forex account with regulated forex broker were we only attach our software to their account to trade on their account which is 100% algorithm which is we rent our algorithm to trade on their behalf and get paid commissions on profit.
In this place we don't handle clients fund or we trade for them. We only rent them our algorithm for this kind of service do I need to acquire regulatory license. If so please let me know the details and criteria of it.
