I'm forming another US LLC and wanted to ask about the best address option. Is there any real benefit to using an iPostal address or another virtual office address, or should I just stick with my registered agent's address?

Since all registered agent addresses are technically treated the same, would paying extra for a virtual office be a waste of money? My main goal is to have a more unique address””ideally one that isn't shared with thousands of other companies.

To clarify, I'm not looking for an address to misrepresent my operations””I always provide my actual foreign business address when asked for an operating/trading address. I just want to avoid confusion with other businesses using the same registered agent.

Maybe, you can explain where you would put that special address and what it will be used for. If you want to run wealth management from Sheridan WY, it may not work as well as if you are selling toilet paper on Amazon with FBA.

The company's legal and correspondence address in the US. The LLC will be doing primarily virtual events and seminars.

I think you can stick to the registered agent's address. I guess that prospective customers care more about what you deliver rather than your company's address. I would not waste money on office addresses. Unless of course, you hold seminars in the US and stock tools at a third party warehouse, in which case you may use their address.

Valuable advice, thank you.

If you have very critical clients who scrutinize a business closely, they might Google the address and see that there are potentially hundreds of other companies registered there, and that could look bad.
But if it's just a regular e-com business, then it probably doesn't matter.

Yes it is just regular e-com business. Thanks

There will only be a handful customers checking your address nothing to worry about.

You can get an address from a provider like Anytime Mailbox. It does not have to be in the state where the LLC was formed.

Yes, but this one will be equally busy as the registered agent's one.
