hello guys,

I had a few questions about the usa LLC since I wanted to set one up for collecting payments from clients.

all my clients are mainly from usa, would that mean that I would be taxed in usa as well since the money is coming in from within the country ? (meaning would this be treated as US sourced?)

can a company be a branch / subsidiary of a Cyprus holding ?

also curious about how is banking in these non resident situations and which state is best in most cases?

thanks for all the tips

Yep,you will be taxed in USA
No problem with being a branch of a Cyprus company
Banking for not residents is not easy but you can travel and open one there.
I would ssuggest you Florida,Texas,Delaware and Puerto Rico.
But why not setting up a Canadian LLP for business involving US customers?
the IRS is no joke lol

The llc is disregarded so you owe tax as you would have without trading through the llc. Look at eci and source of income rules to determine if you owe any us tax.
