it has never been used before for anything, emi accounts are also clean with no transactions in them
company was registered in june 2023 but plans have changed and i have been working on another project so cannot afford to put time into this one anymore

Will you act as a nominee or will you transfer it to a new director?

I hope he doesn't plan on acting as a nominee director in the company he's selling. The risk is far too high, and if he goes ahead with it, he could very well end up in jail within two months. Additionally, it would count as a service he's offering, which means he would need to upgrade to a mentor group membership, or the ad will be removed.
