Fiscal report for my offshore company even it's not required who?

Can someone let me know how to go about to get a fiscal report for 2012 done for my Offshore company? I have one in the Seychelles now, plan to incorporate a few others at different offshore jurisdictions i.e. Nevis and Delaware.


I need the fiscal report for my investors, we pumped 4 million euros into the Seychelles company and plan to rise an additional 6 million euro for the whole project, so it requires Audited financial reports.

It's not a problem to arrange for accounting, fiscal reporting or anything similar for a‌ offshore company. Just because it's not mandatory means not that it can't be done.
