First darks

So I will need darks and a private company set up soon. But not at the moment. I am basically doing my homework and working on this slowly so I don't screw anything up.

1. So I will eventually need darks. Do darks have an expiration? Can I get them now and save them for the future or should I wait until I actually need them?

2. How much do darks cost?

3. Are their different options or variations or is it just one set that works for everyone?

4. What would I need for my situation that I am planning?:

I want to make an app for the Chinese market. I want to be 100% private, anonymous and avoid 100% tax. I am an American. I want a debit card to be able to pull money out anywhere in the world. I don't need to pull out money in the USA. I am new to this all, what do I need? Do I even need a real bank account? Anyone have experience with the Chinese in this regard? Like Alipay/wechat pay.

Bonus: How can us Americans get a real second passport/citizenship that doesn't show that we were born in the USA besides joining the French Foreign Legion? I wonder if they will still put your birth place on your new French passport.

BTW, my first post in the mentor group!

EDIT: I am posting while going through the Tor browser. Is this safe? I am currently in the US. I don't have a VPN at the moment. Just the Tor network safe enough? I am not a computer guy so I don't know how to stay safe on the net...

wait until you need them. The utility bill will expire since it can't be older than 3 months usually.

depends on who you ask and which documents you need.
Real darks can be acquired from 50$ to 800$ depending on which "vendor" you can find on deep web

there are different variations and you need to be clear to what you want to setup.

Buy a Belize company with an EMI or Cyprus bank account, that will work just fine for you.

TOR browser is safe to use.

Thanks auric. I ASSUME I use the same darks to open the Belize company and the EMI, is that correct?

I never been on the deep web. I seen on the forums that you do darks, is that true?
