This may be a good resource tool for those of you beginning the process of thinking things through. It lists Jurisdictions, score of each, the most common legal entity formed in each, offshore and onshore tax, a list of 'good for purposes' for each, the 'legal system basis' relied upon in each, the time period needed to form an entity in each, and of course the fees for setting up a company in each.

I posted this thread - which I myself found useful - with the sole intention of offering other members a comprehensive resource tool to aide in the completion of their due-diligence.

Isn't that why we are all here ”“ or is it simply for the aggrandizement of the few ”˜self-appointed' ”˜ruling elitists'?

Before posting I thoroughly read the ”˜Terms of Service and Rules' of OCT, concluding that it was in compliance and would not constitute any violation of same.

I truly agree with you. Seems you know something about all of this!

In my point of view most of their prices are way too high. The tool is good to make relevant check-ups but i'd prefer doing business with local service provider in each jurisdiction, not with global agency. It has been proven in my practice so far that local experts charge less and provide professional service.
