Just sharing the information with you guys in the Mentor Group as an service, so you may get in touch directly with the agent that is providing this service. It seems to be valid.

They have some copy /paste information on their website and their logo seems also not to be something they spend money on.. so use this service at your own risk and do some real good due diligence before you are going to send them any money.
To me they look legit and fraud at the same time so I would say they are at medium risk to be used. You may negotiate conditions so you are going to minimize your risk as much as possible.
