Finance Bank in Beirut - any experience?

Anyone have experiences with Finance Bank in Beirut, Lebanon?
They claim to provide secrecy and not being member of the OECD or FATCA.

Besides, if you want to bank in Lebanon, use Blom Bank, Bank Audi or Credit‌ Lebanais (lowest deposit).
