Fiat transfers

Likely a stupid question but - I have an IT freelancer based in Russia , who would like to receive fiat transfers into his bank for self employed tax reasons. Are there any methods to make bank transfers from say HK to Russia , crypto to cash doesn't work for him.

Russians use Crypto now a days, it won't work with Fiat unless he get a stealth paypal account or something.

Yes it's very easy .
Look for Счет ИП on crypto exchanges .
You can also use crypto to sberbank,tinkoff, sbp system etc..
But this is more suitable for personal transfers and it will make bureaucracy i little harder .

ИП stands for : Индивидуальный предприниматель which translates to Sole-proprietor .​

Yes , purely comes down to the tax rate , if he gets fiat into his bank account he can be self employed at 6% , otherwise he is looking at 13-20%

Are you sure about that ? I think the 13-20% is only on crypto gains and mining operations (http://actual.pravo.gov.ru/content/content.html#pnum=0001202411290004) .
