I wanted to ask the experts if somehow there was the possibility with some European company set up ad hoc to buy goods exempt from VAT from another company in Europe and resell these goods to individuals without paying VAT.

Purchase movement approximately € 500,000 for sale approximately € 1,000,000

Can be done. But depends where you're buyung from /selling to... I do something like that in the UK 100% legal, tax wise. There might be some IP exhaustion rights issues tho, depends. But not your problem anyway...

I buy from Lithuania and sell mainly in Italy
You say you have a legal system, what would it be?

I'm not familiar with the laws in these counties, I'm afraid. So I can not advice if you do it with your company, based, I assume in Lithuania, but if you operate with a UK company and the goods are zero rated for vat purposes in the UK, you can do it.

the volume is pretty big and that means you will get on the radar by most authorities in most countries where it usually is possible to avoid VAT just by ignoring the fact that you should charge it and fly under the radar!
