Is anyone here operating an offshore company as an EPC (extra-provincial corporation) in Canada? Were you able to open a bank account and what is the jurisdiction of the offshore co?
An EPC is a branch of a foreign legal person and requires that you have an office and staff employed in Canada. Is there a reason why would you want to setup an EPC over a BC LLP that has the same benefits?
