This website shouldn't be recommended. There was entire drama where they were spamming their service, scamming users and in the beginning they had their name as exch.cx if I remember correctly. They were trying to phish users and their website used very suspiciously (as it does now) to exch.ch. They bribed dark.fail (who has been proven to be unreliable in the mean time) to get listed on there. Don't use them for big swaps at all.
Infinity exchanger should be︁ cautioned. The owners are rumored to be connected with very (and the most) disgusting activity︂ you can think of on the dark web (yeah that). Their coins also come dirty︃ so if you deposit Monero and get Bitcoin that Bitcoin has high chance to be︄ tainted - there's been recorded cases by users of such instances. Kycnotme is a good︅ recommendation although they also sometimes f**k up and add dubious websites.

swp.cx is a scam take a look at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577207.msg63776225#msg63776225 where eXch.ch admin himself warns about them. Many more stories of users not receiving coins. Don't use them.
Thank you for sharing this info. That is strange , I used it several times, there were no issues. Probably the selective scamming operation.
