EU digital nomad with big EU debt needs offshore solution that the EU can not touch

I am a female webmaster, internet marketeer and SEO specialist. I am running multiple websites in the escort and cryptocurrency niche.

About 10 years ago I have had a juridical court case regarding fraud which gave me +1 000, 000 euros debt. In my opinion, I still have done anything unethical. I just did not declare a lot of my income. Because of OECD, EAPO and other European agreements I am unable to set up a company or bank account in the EU because all of them will get blocked by default. Also, I will not be able to obtain any more bank reference letters, credit card statements, etc., which might be a problem in the future.

Because of this, the only way I can accept payments for my online services is in cryptocurrency. Also, crypto regulations get more and more tight in the EU.

What I would like: I like to set up an ecommerce business offshore (absolutely out of EU control). I am hoping that “normal financial freedom” could still be an option for me.

Again, the business I run online are 100% legal. I am having an escort directory and a blog about cryptocurrency which both have good amounts of traffic.

I am hoping to find reliable and experienced people over here who can help or refer me to the right person that might find a solution for my problem (of which I am sure that is a little complicated). Of course, I am very willing to pay for qualified services. I am a no-nonsense person and like direct and open conversations.

Well if you setup an entity and normal bank account in a CRS country your data will still be reported to your EU country. The courts will have access to this data on your accounts I guess.

Basically unless your are willing to start a company in a non-CRS country or keep your name of the company and bank accounts (even as a UBO) you are out of luck.

You need to go the dark route, it's easy to setup a company with darks and appoint nominee director and shareholder, it does not require much. You could even setup a office somewhere cheap.
