ePayments alternative?

I have been using ePayments, but they locked all their account in February.

Does anyone have any tips for alternative?

Requirements I need:
- No big fees.
- Able to have a VISA/Prepaid Mastercard.
- Able to transfer money to that card/account using Swiss Bank Clearing Code, IBAN and Account Number to receive payments.

Any ideas?
