I'm hearing all kinds of feedbacks about ENBD customer experience, som are horror stories while some are satisfied - Is there any specific branch that you would recommend from good personal experience?

Dubai banks are only as good as your RM if you happen to have one.‌ The same bank could be both a disaster or easy depending on who you deal‍ with. Honestly thats how it is. Sorry for the s**t answer

Personal is easy, which visa you have?

I use ENBD priority banking for 7 years. Yes it is working but don't expect‌ good customer service also their website/mobile app is outdated. They have good credit cards like‍ Skywards and Marriott.

Mashreq has a very modern website and app but again decent customer⁠ service.

ADCB has the best customer service in UAE but the website/app is a little⁤ bit outdated.

Did you try ENBDX? It's their new app,⁣ looks very good.
