EMI with debit card & no video verification? (photo with ID is fine)...

Anyone have any ideas?!

I've just been told in another thread that TW have started doing video ID more & more.

Looking for other EMIs that will ship a debit card and will be satisfied with scanned darks as ID (with photo holding the dark etc is fine!).

Ideally,one that will ship[ the debit card to a different address to the registered home address .

Thoughts anyone?

Payoneer and AdvCash accept document upload only.

Both are very restricted when it comes to transfers of 3rd parties.

Thanks! How do you mean 'transfers of 3rd parties'? Do you mean like, transfering money in & out?

Exactly.

AdvCash only accept transfers from bank accounts in your name.

Ahhhh okay - but, would that accept money in from, say, a crypto exchange?
