emi with crypto and/or card

Am looking for an EMI which can take WIRES/SWIFT transfers (not only SEPA like advcash).
The EMI needs to have withdraw to crypto or have ATM card available to canadian.

Any suggestions?
advcash can only take SEPA transfers, so its useless.

possible solution would be to use trasnferwise or similar service to receive the FIAT from an crypto exchange. I still do kraken to transferwise without problems, it is against their public TOS that's known but still possible.
