EMI Top Up via credit/Debit with 0 fees

So, we're using Revolut and it has some sort of a limit for daily top up with credit cards.

Is there any EMI similar to Revolut that allow $0 top up via credit card and has SEPA or wire/swift to send money out?

For Europe mainly or the US.

It depends on what you require. Most around here are using Wise or AdvCash or‌ both in an combination.

We're topping up to Revolut from‍ Skrill using Skrill cards (virtual & Physical). There is a limit that Revolut imposes even⁠ with a premium/platinum plan.

We need a service similar to Revolut that has the same⁤ feature (free top up using debit cards) and can send SEPA. It needs to support⁣ sending to exchanges (mainly Kraken) as Revolut does.
