Hello,

I own an affiliate marketing company registered in Israel.
My partners are all regulated and licensed in Malta.
The banks in my country hate anything that has to do with gambling.

My questions:
1. Which EMI/bank is gambling friendly and reputable?
2. Will it be a smart move to form another company elsewhere and apply for a brick and mortar bank account there?

Thanks!

Good morning Kamelia,
You could give a try with Connectpay, Verifo, Globalnetint, Majestic.eu and Profee. They should accept your gambling funds without too many problems.

Thank you it is appreciated.

One more question if I may:
After I move funds from the EMI to my bank account in Israel, the bank is going to ask questions and perhaps decline the funds.
What is the best way to make sure that doesn't happen? Move the funds to an investment account first and then to the bank?

You need a pass through entity to shield your actual business. If the Israeli authorities find out it's from gambling they will shut you down and then you will be in s**t.

As your payments are from Malta I would suggest a UK LLP. Then payment are for consultancy and marketing.
