I think it is rotten of ebay to not allow sellers to give buyers the option of personal checks or money orders. Don't they already have enough of a monopoly on what they do already? Just one more way to squeeze us for more fees.
Well, the problem is that the international buyers need to spend a lot of money if you want them to use personal check or money order. For buyers around the world paypal is a free solution.
