hi, I have a Forex company based in Saint Vincent and Grenadine without a license. We are looking for a bank or an EMI that can open us an iban Sepa b2b and c2b

Hey,

It is possible to open an account (c2b and b2b) even for unlicensed SVG,‌ but you would have to properly comply with all regulations and your business case should‍ be solid in general. No yolo'ying.

Also depends on your nationality and tax residency.

Send me an email and let's explore the possibilities.

can you help me? we are solid and trouble free. we can also provide an‌ account statement from another bank we use

with the bankera restriction I wonder how you can help him?

I tried months back with them, they had accepted everything. then at the last they‌ refused and the fee was also kept. they never explained why they didn't open, because‍ everything was ok

if you not have licence forget open in any decent jurisditicion, try north cyprus may‌ be a cysec licence today is not so expesive or estonia

I don't want the license, I don't do anything with it. I have‍ already opened a bank in Lithuania, I have the history and we have worked without creating any problems. I am looking for any other Sepa bank that gives us an⁤ iban to have an alternative.

The CySEC is the regulator of the Republic of Cyprus. The North Cyprus‍ is the Occupied Side of Cyprus which is unregulate and mainly a hub for criminals.

you don't need EMI for unlicenced forex, they will never pay you. even garbage licence‌ outside Eu and in cyprus
