DUNS number for foreign-owned Single-Member US LLC

I need some advice about a DUNS number for a Single-Member US LLC (foreign-owned). My company already has one, obtained 5 years ago, and I'm currently trying to update the address on DUNS website. However, when I attempt to change the company information, an "Identity Verification" popup appears, asking for my home address. The problem is that the "Country" field only allows "United States of America" as an option. I am neither a U.S. citizen nor a U.S. resident, and my company does not have any U.S. employees. How can I change my company address in this situation? I've tried contacting DUNS support, but I have not received a response.

I would say a phone call to them and their support will solve your issue and be the better source to get it sorted out asap,
