Dubai OTC - managers cheque

Found some random companies on google but don't trust any of them at all, has anyone here dealt with an OTC desk in Dubai with decent fees and trustworthy?
I need crypto -> cash AND crypto -> managers cheque

I am trying to make list of reputable OTC bit coin broker in Dubai.
I find two broker during online search .

https://www.pallapay.com/https://www.coinsfera.com/
I never use them. Are they are trustable ?
Anyone use them? Do share your view.
Do you know any more OTC broker in Dubai.
Do share here.
