What would be the cheapest price to get a Dubai's company tax residency certificate?
I repeat - for the company
Not for an individual.

I am not 100% sure. Tax certificate is issued by UAE‍ Federal Tax Authority (Government)
It is a government fee whichever they ask to issue certificate⁠ you have to pay it. You can not negotiate it .

You can apply for the TRC on the Federal Tax Authority website, make sure you⁠ “Create Commercial Activities Certificate"
