Does state matter for USA LLC registration as non resident single owner ?

For Non resident single person USA LLC ,
Which states you are choosing to register your business .....affect on running online business?
Yes state fess are vary......but All are pass thought entity for taxation ...
If I register New York LLC or Delaware LLC does it make any difference ?
Both are tax free If I am living in total tax free country...
What is the catch of choosing the state ?
