Does anyone process with these merchants?

not really, but from the review of each of them I don't think any of them have much experience, they are all new registered within the last 2 years. They may not know nothing about the high risk business and only born to ripp off their merchant's stupid enough to fall for the setup.
Mentor Group Gold and the resource section may be the true resource to find a valid high risk payment processor. Also if anonymity and privacy matters or you got blacklisted / TMF listed there are solutions there for people.
