What about your assets if some creditor or lender want's your money?

Your assets‍ should be 100% protected if the offshore company is setup in the right jurisdiction.

Yes I believe that, however, I also believe that nothing is 100% so‍ you need to take precautions to avoid to be hit by a law suite for⁠ tax evasion.
