I am the owner of an FZCO in IFZA and would like to hire a few employees.
I don't need them to be in the UAE, they can work 100% remotely, I just don't care, but what would be the applicable jurisdiction for labour law?
UAE labour law even if the company is in a free zone an even if they are working remotely?
In this case, does anyone know what the procedure to follow is?
And what shall I register them for? Do they need to take UAE residency, rent a flat in the UAE and pay health insurance?
Please don't suggest to use employment of record services as I have already investigated and I am not satisfied with their solutions.
