Banks Confirm They Will Control How, When & Where You Spend Your Money​

More and more central banks confirm that they will dicatete what you are allowed to purchase or not based on your carbon footprint

There needs to be a severe crisis to bring in this change. You would also need to incentivize the poor to ditch cash so maybe universal basic income attached to a CBDC will encourage some.

In any case I mentioned years ago (see below) that a CDBC or blockchain DLT technology would indeed lead to state tyranny. You are best to escape now before its imposed upon you and it will following a severe crisis.
