Delaware LLC + UK/HK bank account

Let me cut to the chase.
I am looking for options to establish a Delaware LLC (not a concern) and a UK/HK bank account in order to conduct completely legal commodities trading (sourced mostly from RU; aim - transfer pricing)

1) Activity is considered as "high risk" - what are the chances to get accepted by high street banks?
2) Do you have any thoughts on ways to achieve transfer pricing?

shareholder and director is the same person, nationality: RU.

Will probably not be possible in UK or HK.

Talk to a Russian tax advisor on transfer pricing. It will probably not be easy to achieve legally.
