Delaware LLC + paypal. works?

Anyone have experience with U.S Delaware offshore LLC OR Nevada company setup with Paypal?
Are they making problem even for a state in the U.S as well?

Where are you from? Most of our foreign clients have no problem using a non-resident US LLC with Paypal
