Some time ago we corresponded concerning collaboration on company registration in offshore jurisdictions. We would like to renew it.


We have already registered the company in Delaware with help of one of the companies-registrars and are not happy with occurring process of registration. Therefore we would like to continue interaction on registration of offshore companies with you.


At present there is a necessity to open an account for registered in Delaware company. We would like you to help us to choose country and bank in which it is possible to open an account. The company in Delaware will be engaged in registration of trade marks and farming them. Mainly in Ukraine.


Also we would like to sign an agreement on collaboration with you in which work procedure, the size and an order of payment of compensation, and also others details which you will wish to include in it would be described.

For a bank account for a Delaware company there are currently 2 options: Barclays Seychelles‌ and Cyprus banks.

Just because cclogic can't offer any other solution then there are still other banks available‌ like HK banking if you want to travel, SWISS banks like UBS and others, Barclays‍ and HSBC in several offshore jurisdiction and finally there is Alliance Bank in Belize, there⁠ are even many more.. just look around and find the bank that may suite you.⁤

That's true, there are other options for banking offshore than "just" what we are offering,‌ we have limited the range of services offered to the one we know of rather‍ than engaging into discussions where 90% of the context are guessing how it possible could⁠ be.

Take a look at IoM Banks they are open for any business and private person‌ and you don't need a introducer to open bank account there!
