Delaware company for ETF and Cryptocurrency investing?

If goal is to invest in ETFs and cryptos, would an EU resident forming a delaware company successfully avoid being reported as per CRS?

Also, how would one transfer BTC from a physical person to a Delaware company? So the Delaware company can sell BTC at crypto brokers and then buy stocks or real estate with these funds?

If you are not American than stay away from US with Crypto as its currently‌ seen the same as stocks.
You can use the good old defaults Like Seychelles.

I'm looking for a similar structure, I'm based in Romania. Not looking to⁤ avoid taxes, just to access US market and some US institutions that are restricting direct⁣ EU customers. Any advice about it ?

Can you explain why is bad that crypto its currently seen⁠ the same as stocks? Why it's bad if you are not from US ?
