For those of you who have had to deal with chargebacks, what can you share with the rest of us? Have you figured out a way to defend yourselves against people who are trying to work the system just to get a free product?
If you have the proper documentation on all your sales then you should be able to defend yourself against any improper chargebacks. What I also do is make sure that I send my funds to another account daily so that the funds are not there in case of one of those charge backs.
You don't only need proof of sale but also proof that you actually send the product to that person. I would not know how you could proof it if you provided some types of services.
